3. Service Limitations

6. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments or refusal of service.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Qymavo.com is registered.
